This kit will completely transform your marginally effective stock blast cabinet into a highly capable and effcient machine that will be more effective and a pleasure to operate. The Ultimate Upgrade kit comes with all of the following.

1 Trigger-less, ergonomic, cast aluminum body blast gun comes complete with all the correct fittings, orifice and 1/4 nozzle. This is a top of the line, professional quality, adjustable gun that will provide excellent results.

To customize the gun to your specific needs, we offer three different orifice sizes. 3/32 orifice (recommended for smaller sized air compressors capable of delivering 6-9 cfm at 60 psi). 7/64 orifice (recommended for air compressors capable of delivering 9-12 cfm at 60 psi). 1/8 orifice (recommended for larger sized air compressors capable of delivering 12-16+ cfm at 60 psi). 2 Super heavy duty, upgraded, fully assembled media metering valve with a 3/8 air inlet finger valve, solid metal (instead of cheap plastic) media drain plug, and a larger mixing chamber for more efficient turbulent mixing of the air and blast media (as compared to the conical cast aluminum valves). A perfect match to our triggerless blast gun. Cuts down on hand fatigue and makes using your blast cabinet a pleasure. 4 Adjustable air pressure regulator (with the hose fittings already installed) to finely control the pressure (PSI) going to the gun. 5 Cyclone dust collector complete with hose clamps, couplers, and nuts/bolts -- a must to keep dust under control and keep your shop vac from getting clogged up (color may vary - white, black, green) (requires you to supply your own common 5 gallon plastic pail with lid and shop vac).

6 Custom made, metal air exhaust baffle to more efficiently pull dust laden air away from the part you are blasting, giving you improved vision which makes for greater control. 7 Adjustable inlet air control valve (blast gate) that lets you precisely balance the inflow of ambient air to the vacuum system.

8 Precut, rubber, compressed air hoses (2). 10 All required brass fittings come with the kit and are preinstalled to save you time. 11 All required rubber grommets and hose clamps come with the kit. 12 Complete, detailed step-by-step downloadable instructions with over 20 color photographs with precise information on size and location of holes to drill, how to install each and ever kit component and how to fine tune your completed upgraded blast cabinet to work like a professional model.
