End cap or muzzle device stuck in your suppressor? The soft jaws work excellently for clamping the suppressor for removal. You can easily swap barrels, remove factory barrels, install pre-fits etc. The barrel bushing kit comes with 5 standard sizes (both straight and tapered) for a perfect fit on almost any barrel.

We offer an expansion pack for some more unique barrel sizes/factory barrel removals if needed. The bushings have a spring detent to securely hold them in place, This barrel vise is much easier and quicker to use than other offerings on the market.

Use our torque chart listed in the tech specs for more accurate clamp loads. The vise body is made of high-strength ductile iron designed to take a beating!

Vise head rotates 360° with locking at every 30° or twelve different locking positions. Vise body rotates 360° using interlocking V-grooved swivel base and two lockdowns to lock at any position. Swivel base has four 5/8 Inch Dia. Holes for securing vise base to a work bench (fasteners not included).

Jaw body and barrel vise components are machined from solid aluminum and are then type III hard coat anodized for added durability, soft jaw inserts are made of a robust non-marring polyurethane and are replaceable. This vise IS HEAVY weighing over 60lbs. You need to have a good table/bench to securely mount it.

Trust us, the weight and rigidity of this vise combo is incomparable to other market offerings! Which also means if you need to use the anvil on the vise body to whale on something, then by all means go for it! Just try and avoid beating on the aluminum jaws as the arca clamp needs to stay precise to avoid damaging your rifles rails. 1/8 turn = 1000 lbs. 1/4 turn = 3000 lbs.
