The Silverflo 948 is a dedicated 90W digital vacuum desoldering station designed mainly for removing solder from through-hole components and multi-pin electronic parts. The heated hollow nozzle melts the solder while the built-in vacuum system draws the molten solder into the collection tube, allowing convenient one-handed operation. The heated nozzle and vacuum suction system work together to melt and remove solder in a single operation. No separate soldering iron and manual suction pump are required for normal through-hole desoldering tasks.

Select a temperature between 380°C and 480°C according to the size and condition of the solder joint. The clear digital display allows convenient monitoring of the selected working temperature. Temperature correction helps compensate for differences between the displayed temperature and the actual nozzle temperature.

Helps reduce unnecessary heating when the station remains unused for an extended period. Switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit according to your preferred working unit. The desoldering gun handle is available separately for compatible Silverflo 948 station maintenance or replacement. Heated hollow nozzle with vacuum suction.

General PCB repair and component replacement. Electronics workshops, maintenance and DIY projects. Important: This is a vacuum desoldering station primarily designed for through-hole solder joints. It is not a hot-air rework station for directly removing BGA, QFP or other surface-mount packages.

Place the station on a stable and heat-resistant work surface. Connect the desoldering gun handle securely to the main station. Switch on the station and select an appropriate temperature.

Allow the nozzle and internal solder path to heat fully. Place the nozzle over the solder joint until the solder is completely molten. Press the trigger to activate suction and remove the molten solder. Move the nozzle gently around the component pin if necessary. Do not activate the vacuum pump before the solder has completely melted.

Insufficient heating may reduce suction performance and cause blockage inside the nozzle or gun tube. Clean the desoldering nozzle regularly with the supplied cleaning pins. Remove accumulated solder from the collection tube when necessary. Replace ceramic or carbon filters when they become dirty or blocked. Check that the filter spring, tube and sealing parts are installed correctly. Allow the gun to reach operating temperature before starting work. Switch off the station and allow it to cool before cleaning or replacing parts. Damage caused by misuse, impact or incorrect voltage is not covered. Photos or a short video may be required for fault diagnosis. Desoldering nozzles, filters, cleaning tools and other consumable items are not covered for normal wear, blockage or maintenance-related replacement.
