Gardner Tackle Deluxe Sausage Gun & Baitmaster Boilie Making Kits. The Gardner Tackle Adjusta Table & Baitmaster Rolaball combination offers you the ability to produce bulk amounts of boilies quickly and effortlessly. Deluxe Sausage Gun: This big, metal Sausage Gun is the way to go if you intend to make larger quantities of bait or want to use baits that start off as firmer pastes.

The aluminium barrel has a higher volume capacity and the trigger mechanism, plunger and push cam are all'beefed up' to cope with regular use and the tough metal barrel has a much larger capacity than the standard Sausage Gun. This makes extruding out higher volumes paste much easier and quicker, without refilling the gun so regularly.

Different base mixes go through bait guns very differently. Therefore, you will often need to customise the nozzles to suit individual bases, as some expand slightly after extrusion. As a rough guide; finished sausages of boilie paste should be 80% of the diameter of the finished boilie, e. 20mm boilies require a 16mm sausage. Comes complete with 8 different sized nozzles which can be trimmed if required.

Note - there is a practical limit to how hard a mix can be extruded through a gun, even a tough metal one. If you have to squeeze the trigger too hard then the mix is too stiff and will be difficult to roll anyway. Rolaball Baitmaster: The Rolaball Baitmaster offers much greater bait making capacity as the wider design simply rolls more boilies at a stroke than our longbase tables. This makes bait making much quicker and more efficient - and this means that anglers that want the control or economy of making their own bait can make sufficient quantities of bait in a shorter time.

We supply a large number of bait making companies with these tables, most of whom are rolling really large quantities of bait every day. One of the key reasons they choose the Gardner rolling tables is because they don't wear out as quickly like cheaper copies - all our tables are only moulded from top quality, high impact virgin ABS plastic for a long working life. Other large tables that are available are made from brittle material so they break or crack far too easily (and they're expensive too).

With a little practice you can produce about 50 baits at a stroke, perfectly formed and exactly to your specification. Be sure to use the correct size sausage made from either a Rolling Table or a Sausage Gun. The top section of the Rolaball Baitmaster is fitted with a pair of Easi-Grip handles, and the base can be screw fixed onto a board or work surface to keep it straight and safe when not in use (recommended). Available from 10mm to 24mm.
