This is a BRAND NEW unused FSI PT-4000 Cordless Electric 1/4 12 Volt Blind Riveter Kit in excellent overall condition. Manufactured in the USA by Fastening Systems International (FSI). PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION, ESPECIALLY THE NOTES ON BATTERY CHARGING! The PT-4000 is a powerful rechargeable electric tool used by the military, aviation, and automotive industries for a wide variety of applications.

It's essentially the same tool as the Gesipa PowerBird tool manufactured in Germany. The PT-4000 generates 3,000 lbs of pulling force. With the appropriate nosepieces, jaw sets, and jaw pusher (NOT ALL INCLUDED), it will install CherryMax, Cherry Interlock, Huck MagnaLok, Pop type rivets in sizes 1/8", 5/32", 3/16, and 1/4. It can also install other fastener types such as Blind Bolts (MS90353/54-S/U) with other available nosepieces and jaw sets (NOT INCLUDED).

This listing includes the PT-4000 tool, battery charger, two Ni-Mh batteries, two (2) nosepieces for 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4 rivets. Jaw Pusher/Follower Part F3245 MUST be used to install 1/4 rivets! , nosepiece wrench which fits into a slot on the side of the tool, a copy of the instruction manual, and a set of plastic laminated cards which quickly show you how to set up the tool with all of the available accessories. The Ni-Mh batteries included with this tool are powerful but unlike lithium ion batteries, they do not hold a charge for a long period of time. They will start to drain on their own after a few days and this is perfectly normal.

PLEASE remember to charge the batteries before you start to work. The charger blinks green while charging and changes to solid green when charged.

But I'm very familiar with these tools and I notice that the light turns solid green early, BEFORE the charging cycle is fully complete. I recommend you leave the batteries charging for one or two hours AFTER the light turns solid green to get a full charge. YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS.

This BRAND NEW PT-4000 tool, batteries, and battery charger are all in excellent clean unused condition. The PT-4000 tool has some very minor storage wear, a few minor cosmetic scuffs and scratches. I tested the tool on 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4 Steel POP rivets and CherryMAX rivets.
