Some of you wanted our full kit but didn't need the cyclone dust collector. This kit is exactly for you. If you want the complete kit WITH the cyclone dust collector, please see our other items to find the full kit. This kit does NOT include a blast gun. We also offer a kit with the cyclone dust collector and an upgraded triggerless gun. These tried and true upgrades will absolutely transform your marginally effective stock blast cabinet into a much more capable machine that will be more effective and a pleasure to operate. Learn all about it here. Upgrade kit comes with all of the following.

1 Super heavy duty, upgraded, completely assembled media metering valve better than the cast aluminum conical one because it has a finger valve 3/8 air inlet valve, solid metal (instead of cheap plastic) media drain plug, and a larger mixing chamber for more efficient turbulent mixing of the air and blast media. Cuts down on hand fatigue and makes using your blast cabinet a pleasure. 3 Adjustable air pressure regulator (with the hose fittings already installed) to finely control the air pressure (PSI) going to the gun. 4 NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT is the Cyclone dust collector (with hose clamps, couplers, and nuts/bolts). 5 Custom formed, metal, air exhaust baffle to more efficiently pull dust laden air away from the part you are blasting, giving you improved vision which makes for greater control. 6 Specially modified adjustable inlet air control valve (blast gate) fits perfectly into the opening inlet opening on the right rear of your cabinet - works perfectly along with the air baffle to regulate air flow within the cabinet. 7 Precut, name brand, rubber, compressed air hoses (2). 9 All required brass fittings come with the kit and are preinstalled to save you time.
